This morning I got to work reinstalling and tightening up the fuel pump along with checking the fit of some of the sheet metal that had been painted.

 

 

Later, I made a new anchor bracket for the front of the baffling.  The original didn't fit right and looked rough.

 

 

The oil cooler bracket is made up and cut down to fit under the cowl.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The nutplates are attached to the oil cooler mount and ready for the cooler to be mounted.

I attached the oil cooler and checked clearance.  It has just enough clearance from the motor mount, but none to spare.

 

With hoses attached, the oil cooler is in place.  Some of the cooling area is blocked by the cylinder, but others who are using this configuration are finding it adequate, so....
